If the comparative tests show antibodies to ruminant pestiviruses and no or evidently lower (less than three-fold) antibody titres to classical swine fever virus, the suspicion for classical swine fever shall be ruled out, unless other reasons exist which warrant the continued application of the measures referred to in Article 4(2) of Directive 2001/89/EC in the holding in question.
