# Commission Decision of 30 January 2002 concerning animal health conditions and veterinary certification for imports of live bovine and porcine animals from certain third countries (notified under document number C(2002) 334) (Text with EEA relevance) (2002/199/EC) (repealed), Division 2: The owner or person in charge of the assembly centre shall be required, on the basis either of the accompanying documents for the animals or of the identification numbers or marks of the animals, to record on a register or a data base, and retain for a minimum period of three years, the following information:
