Article 2

On the initiative of the Commission or of a Member State, the tariff and statistical nomenclature section of the Customs Code Committee, which was established by Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87^f1, as amended by Article 252 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92^f2, will examine urgently, in accordance with the provisions of the abovementioned Regulations, all questions concerning the classification of products covered by this Decision within the Combined Nomenclature in order to classify them in the appropriate product groups.
