  "text": "The following requirements apply to the three categories of line defined in Article 5c of the Directive:\nlines specially built for high speed,\nlines specially upgraded for high speed,\nlines specially upgraded for high speed which have special features as a result of topographical, relief or town-planning constraints.\nThe following cases in points 7.2.2.1, 7.2.2.2 and 7.2.2.3 (according to Article 1 of the Directive) apply to the abovementioned categories.",
