# Council Decision of 21 July 2003 on the reallocation of funds received by the European Investment Bank for operations carried out in the Democratic Republic of Congo under the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth EDFs (2003/583/EC), Article 7

The procedures for deciding on financing from the additional allocation referred to in Article 1 shall be those set out in Articles 24 to 27 of the Internal Agreement.
