  "text": "1. The programme for the eradication of ovine and caprine brucellosis presented by Slovenia is hereby approved for the period from 1 January 2004 to 31 December 2004.\n2. The financial contribution by the Community shall be at the rate of 50 % of the costs to be incurred by Slovenia for the programme referred to in paragraph 1, and shall not exceed EUR 0, for:\n(a) the cost of laboratory tests;\n(b) compensation for owners for the slaughter of animals subject to that programme.",
