# Decision No 2239/2004/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 November 2004 amending Council Decision 1999/784/EC concerning Community participation in the European Audiovisual Observatory, Article Sole Article

Article 5 of Decision 1999/784/EC shall be replaced by the following:
‘Article 5 This Decision shall apply until the last day of the last month of the seventh year following the year of its adoption.’
