1.

The Supplementary Fund shall have an Assembly and a Secretariat headed by a Director.

2.

Articles 17 to 20 and 28 to 33 of the 1992 Fund Convention shall apply to the Assembly, Secretariat and Director of the Supplementary Fund.

3.

Article 34 of the 1992 Fund Convention shall apply to the Supplementary Fund.
