The Agency shall publish annually as part of the annual report, information concerning the implementation of this decision, in particular statistics on the number of requests for access to documents of the Agency, the number of refusals and the reasons for such refusals in accordance with Article 17(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.
