# Council Decision of 2 June 2004 concerning the conclusion of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (2004/513/EC), Article 25: Relations between the Conference of the Parties and intergovernmental organisations


In order to provide technical and financial cooperation for achieving the objective of this Convention, the Conference of the Parties may request the cooperation of competent international and regional intergovernmental organisations including financial and development institutions.
