# Council Decision of 29 April 2004 on the conclusion of the Framework Agreement between the European Community and the European Space Agency (2004/578/EC), Article 3: Fields of cooperation


1. The Parties have identified the following specific fields of cooperation:
science,
technology,
earth observation,
navigation,
communication by satellite,
human space flight and micro-gravity,
launchers,
spectrum policy related to space.
2. The Parties may identify and develop new fields for cooperation.
