# Council Decision of 21 April 2004 concerning the conclusion of a Euro-Mediterranean Agreement establishing an Association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Arab Republic of Egypt, of the other part (2004/635/EC), Article 89


This Agreement is concluded for an unlimited period.
Each of the Parties may denounce this Agreement by notifying the other Party. This Agreement shall cease to apply six months after the date of such notification.
