Article 66

A restricted procedure with at least five candidates being consulted but without a call for expressions of interest may be used for contracts with a value of less than EUR 50 000, subject to Articles 63 or 64.

The negotiated procedure with at least three candidates may be used for contracts with a value of less than EUR 13 800.

Contracts with a value of less than EUR 1 050 may be awarded on the basis of a single tender by a negotiated procedure.

Payments made from imprest accounts or for expenditure related to communications activities engaged in by the Agency may consist simply in the payment of costs against invoices, without prior acceptance of a tender, where the expenditure is less than EUR 200.
