The thresholds referred to in Article 39 shall be:

  1. (a)

    EUR 154 014 for the supply and service contracts listed in Annex IA to Directive 92/50/EEC, with the exception of the research and development contracts listed in category 8 of that Annex;

  2. (b)

    EUR 200 000 for the service contracts listed in Annex IB to Directive 92/50/EEC and for the research and development service contracts listed in category 8 of Annex IA to that Regulation;

  3. (c)

    EUR 5 923 624 for works contracts.
