# Council Decision 2004/658/CFSP of 13 September 2004 on the financial provisions applicable to the general budget of the European Defence Agency, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The financial provisions applicable to the implementation and control of the European Defence Agency's general budget are laid down in the Annex to this Decision. The Steering Board shall review or amend as necessary these financial provisions before 31 December 2006 .
