1.

The programme for the eradication of Aujeszky’s disease presented by Belgium is hereby approved for the period from1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005.

2.

The financial contribution by the Community shall be at the rate of 50 % of the cost of laboratory tests to be incurred by Belgium for the programme referred to in paragraph 1, and shall not exceed F1EUR  370 000.
