Article 21 Application

1.
The authorisation may be requested by the person who has duly submitted an application for entry of the varieties concerned in the catalogue of at least one Member State (hereafter called ‘the applicant’ which includes the representative of such a person, provided that the representative has been officially delegated).
2.
The applicant shall submit the following information:
(a)
a description of the variety;
(b)
the maintenance of the variety.
