  "text": "The quantities authorised for each variety shall not exceed the following percentages of seed of the same species utilised yearly in the Member State(s) for which the seed is intended:\n(a) in the case of durum wheat: 0,05 %;\n(b) in the case of field pea, field bean, oats, barley and wheat: 0,3 %;\n(c) in all other cases: 0,1 %.\nHowever, if such quantities are not sufficient to sow 10 ha per Member State for which the seed is intended, the quantity needed for such an area may be authorised.",
