Article 32 Withdrawals

Any Contracting Party may at any time after two years from the date on which this Treaty has entered into force for it, notify the Depositary in writing of its withdrawal from this Treaty. The Depositary shall at once inform all Contracting Parties.

Withdrawal shall take effect one year from the date of receipt of the notification.
