# Commission Decision of 13 January 2005 adopting, pursuant to Council Directive 92/43/EEC, the list of sites of Community importance for the Boreal biogeographical region (notified under document number C(2004) 5462) (2005/101/EC), Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The list contained in Annex 1 to this Decision shall constitute the initial list of sites of Community importance for the Boreal biogeographical region in accordance with the third subparagraph of Article 4(2) of Directive 92/43/EEC.
That list is to be revised in the light of further proposals by Member States in conformity with Article 4 of Directive 92/43/EEC for certain habitat types and species, specified in Annex 2 and in Annex 3 to this Decision.
