  "text": "Council Decision\nof 31 January 2005\nappointing a Danish member of the Committee of the Regions\n(2005/110/EC)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, and in particular Article 263 thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the Danish Government,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 22 January 2002 the Council adopted Decision 2002/60/EC appointing the members and alternate members of the Committee of the Regions.\n(2)\nA seat as a member of the Committee of the Regions has fallen vacant following the resignation of Mr Jens KRAMER MIKKELSEN, of which the Council was notified on 2 December 2004,\nHAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:",
