  "text": "The application of the measures referred to in Article 2 of Decision 2002/148/EC shall be extended until 20 February 2006. These measures shall be reviewed on the basis of an in-depth assessment of the situation in the light of the parliamentary election scheduled to take place in Zimbabwe in March 2005.\nThe letter attached to this Decision shall be addressed to the President of Zimbabwe.",
