  "text": "Commission Decision\nof 8 March 2005\nrepealing Decision 2004/440/EC adopting a transitional measure in favour of certain establishments in the milk sector in Slovakia\n(notified under document number C(2005) 519)\n(Text with EEA relevance)\n(2005/198/EC)\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to the Act of Accession of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia, and in particular Article 42 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nCommission Decision 2004/440/EC of 29 April 2004 adopting a transitional measure in favour of certain establishments in the milk sector in Slovakia has granted a transitional period, until 30 October 2004, to one establishment in the milk sector in Slovakia in view to fully comply with the structural requirements laid down by Community legislation.\n(2)\nFollowing an official declaration from the Slovak competent authority, the milk establishment has completed its upgrading process and is now in full compliance with Community legislation.\n(3)\nDecision 2004/440/EC should therefore be repealed.\n(4)\nThe measures provided for in this Decision are in accordance with the opinion of the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
