  "text": "The following aid measures implemented by France in the Region of Corsica and introduced by Decision of the Assembly of Corsica 85/10a of 29 March 1985, as amended by Decision 90/99 of 30 November 1990, Decision 91/1032 of 19 December 1991, Decision 93/25 of 23 February 1993, Decision 95/16 of 9 March 1995, Decision 95/79 of 11 September 1995 and Decision 97/36 of 11 April 1997 are incompatible with the common market:\n(a) aid for purchasing new vessels granted during the period from 1 January 1997 to 28 October 1998;\n(b) aid for converting and equipping existing vessels granted during the period from 1 January 1997 to 28 October 1998 where the work carried out resulted in increased engine power.",
