  "text": "1. Italy shall take all necessary measures to recover from the recipients the aid referred to in Article 4.\n2. Italy shall suspend all aid payments from the date of notification of this Decision.\n3. Recovery shall be effected without delay and in accordance with the procedures of national law provided that they allow the immediate and effective enforcement of this Decision.\n4. The aid to be recovered shall include interest from the date on which it was at the disposal of the recipients until the date of its recovery.\n5. Interest shall be calculated on the basis of the provisions of Chapter V of Regulation (EC) No 794/2004.\n6. Italy shall order all the recipients of the aid referred to in Article 4 to repay, within two months of the date of notification of this Decision, the aid unlawfully granted plus interest.",
