  "text": "Commission Decision\nof 10 June 2005\nrepealing Decision 2005/63/EC amending Annex II to Directive 2000/53/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on end-of life vehicles\n(notified under document number C(2005) 1705)\n(Text with EEA relevance)\n(2005/437/EC)\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Directive 2000/53/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 September 2000 on end-of life vehicles, and in particular Article 4(2)(b) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nCommission Decision 2005/63/EC amended Annex II to Directive 2000/53/EC according to technical and scientific progress. However, prior to the adoption of this Decision, not all the required documents were correctly transmitted to the European Parliament in accordance with Article 8 of Council Decision 1999/468/EC.\n(2)\nDecision 2005/63/EC must therefore be repealed.\n(3)\nThe measures provided for in this Decision are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee established by Article 18 of Council Directive 75/442/EEC,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
