# Council Decision of 30 May 2005 appointing an Austrian alternate member to the Committee of the Regions (2005/473/EC), Article 1

Ms Johanna MIKL-LEITNER, ‘Landesrätin’, member of the government of the Federate State of Lower Austria, is hereby appointed an alternate member of the Committee of the Regions in place of Mr Edmund FREIBAUER for the remainder of his term of office, which runs until 25 January 2006.
