# Council Decision of 22 December 2004 granting a Community guarantee to the European Investment Bank against losses under loans for certain types of projects in Russia, Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus (2005/48/EC), Article 7: Final provisions

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. This Decision shall take effect on the date of its adoption.
2. The EIB and the Commission shall establish the terms on which the guarantee is to be given.
