# Commission Decision of 23 June 2005 on the eligibility of expenditure to be incurred by certain Member States in 2005 for the collection and management of the data needed to conduct the common fisheries policy (notified under document number C(2005) 1858) (Only the Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish texts are authentic) (2005/486/EC), Article 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The Community shall pay a first instalment of 50 % of the financial contribution set out in Annexes I and II.
2. A second instalment shall be delivered in 2006, after the reception and approval of a financial and a technical report as provided for in Article 6(1)(b) of Decision 2000/439/EC.
