  "text": "1. (Languages of the Office) The English, French, German and Spanish languages shall be used by the Office of the Union in carrying out its duties.\n2. (Languages in certain meetings) Meetings of the Council and of revision conferences shall be held in the four languages.\n3. (Further languages) The Council may decide that further languages shall be used.",
