  "text": "1. (Transmittal of copies) The Secretary-General shall transmit certified copies of this Convention to all States and intergovernmental organizations which were represented in the Diplomatic Conference that adopted this Convention and, on request, to any other State or intergovernmental organisation.\n2. (Registration) The Secretary-General shall register this Convention with the Secretariat of the United Nations.",
