  "text": "In so far as the EEA is concerned, the choline chloride cartel operated at two different, but closely related levels, the global level and the European level. At the global level, all producers subject to this proceeding participated in anti-competitive activities concerning the EEA between June 1992 and April 1994. These activities included the setting and increase of worldwide prices, the allocation of worldwide markets, the control of distributors and converters and the exchange of commercially sensitive information.",
