  "text": "The Annex to Decision 2005/240/EC is hereby amended as follows:\n1.. point 2 of Part 2 is replaced by the following:\n‘2.\nThe apparatus shall be equipped with an ultrasonic transducer array at 3,5 MHz (U-Systems).\nThe results of the measurements shall be converted into estimated lean meat content by means of the Ultra-FOM apparatus itself.’;\n2.. point 2 of Part 3 is replaced by the following:\n‘2.\nThe apparatus shall be equipped with 16 ultrasonic transducers at 2 MHz (GE Inspection Technologies).\nThe ultrasonic data shall comprise measurements of back-fat thickness and muscle thickness.\nThe results of the measurements are converted into estimated lean meat content using a computer.’;",
