Decision 2005/240/EC is hereby amended as follows:

    in the first paragraph of Article 1, the following point (d) is added:

    1. (d)

      ‘the apparatus called “IM-03” and the assessment methods related thereto, details of which are given in part 4 of the Annex;’

  2. 2..

    the Annex is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.
