Decision 2000/439/EC is hereby amended as follows:

  1. 1..

    in Article 1(2), the first sentence shall be replaced by the following:

    ‘2.

    The financial reference for the implementation of the measures for which financial assistance is provided for the period 2001 to 2006 shall be EUR 164,5 million.’;

  2. 2..

    in Article 4(3)(b), the words ‘for the following year’ shall be deleted.
