  "heading": "PLACE OF PURCHASE OF THE GOODS",
  "text": "Depending on the conditions laid down for a particular supply, products shall be purchased in in the recipient country, or in one of the developing countries listed in the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1292/96, belonging if possible to the same geographical region as the recipient country, or in a Member State of the European Community.\nThe origin of supplies and materials shall be determined in accordance with the rules of origin, and the derogations therefrom, set out in Regulation (EC) No 2110/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council .\nIn exceptional circumstances and in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 11(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1292/96, the Commission may authorise products to be purchased on the market of a country other than those listed in the Annex to Regulation (EC) No. 1292/96, or of a Member State of the European Community.",
