  "text": "Decision 1999/730/CFSP is hereby amended as follows:\n(a) in Article 3(1), the financial reference amount ‘EUR 1 375 565’ shall be replaced by ‘EUR 600 000’;\n(b) in Article 4 second subparagraph, ‘15 November 2005’ shall be replaced by ‘15 November 2006’;\n(c) Article 5 is hereby deleted;\n(d) the Annex shall be replaced by the text appearing in the Annex to this Decision.",
