After the expiration of the deadline set for the submission of remedies^f1, on 26 November 2004, the parties submitted documents proposing to amend the remedies already presented, with a view to addressing the concerns raised by the Commission. However, these remedies did not fully and unambiguously remove the competition concerns identified by the Commission.
