# Council Decision 2005/851/CFSP of 21 November 2005 concerning the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Union and Canada establishing a framework for the participation of Canada in the European Union crisis management operations, Article 15: Dispute settlement


Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall be settled by diplomatic means between the Parties.
