  "text": "The Netherlands shall ensure that fresh poultry meat, minced meat, meat preparations, mechanically separated meat and meat products complying with the conditions set out in Article 8 is accompanied by a commercial document stating:\n‘The consignment complies with the animal health conditions laid down in Commission Decision 2006/147/EC’.",
