  "text": "The Commission may consult the group on any matter relating to the implementation of the digital libraries initiative as set out in the Communication.\nThe group’s task is to:\nadvise the Commission on how to best address the organisational, legal and technical challenges at European level;\ncontribute to a shared strategic vision for European digital libraries.",
