  "text": "1. The Commission shall implement the Community actions which form the subject of the Programme, in accordance with the Annex.\n2. The following measures shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 9(2):\n(a) the annual work plan, including priorities, selection criteria and procedures;\n(b) the annual budget and the breakdown of funds among the different actions of the Programme;\n(c) the procedures for monitoring and evaluating the Programme;\n(d) the financial support to be provided by the Community under Article 4(1)(a), first indent: amounts, duration, distribution and beneficiaries.\n3. All other measures necessary for the implementation of this Decision shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 9(3).",
