Article 11 Budget

1.

The financial envelope for the implementation of this Decision for the period from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2008 is EUR 10 000 000. Preparatory action shall be limited to 30 % of the overall budget.

2.

Annual appropriations shall be authorised by the budgetary authority within the limits of the financial framework.
