  "text": "Council Decision 2006/205/CFSP\nof 10 March 2006\nimplementing Common Position 2004/694/CFSP on further measures in support of the effective implementation of the mandate of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to Council Common Position 2004/694/CFSP, and in particular Article 2 thereof, in conjunction with the second indent of Article 23(2) of the Treaty on European Union,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nUnder the terms of Common Position 2004/694/CFSP, the Council adopted measures in order to freeze all funds and economic resources belonging to natural persons indicted by the ICTY.\n(2)\nOn 21 December 2005 the Council adopted Decision 2005/927/CFSP replacing the list of persons set out in the Annex to Common Position 2004/694/CFSP.\n(3)\nFollowing the transfer of Mr Milan LUKIC to the custody of the ICTY on 21 February 2006, his name should be removed from the list.\n(4)\nIt is necessary to adapt the list contained in the Annex to Common Position 2004/694/CFSP accordingly,\nHAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:",
