Decision 97/245/EC, Euratom is hereby amended as follows:

  1. (a)

    Annexes I, II and III shall be replaced by the text contained in Annex I to this Decision.

  2. (b)

    Annex IIIa, contained in Annex II to this Decision, shall be inserted after Annex III.
