  "text": "In addition, however, the government department who holds personal information about a person may administratively afford access, correction and notation rights to foreign nationals who are not present in Canada. The CBSA will extend these rights in respect of API and PNR information in its possession to EU citizens or other persons that are not present in Canada, provided that the disclosure is otherwise permitted by law.",
