  "text": "The CBSA’s PNR disclosure policy sets out the procedures which must be followed by all CBSA employees who have access to API and PNR information. The policy of the CBSA is to protect the confidentiality of the information and to manage it in accordance with the authorities in Canadian legislation, as well as CBSA and Canadian Government policies related to the management and security of information, as described in section 38.",
