The CBSA’s PNR disclosure policy falls under the umbrella of several CBSA-wide policies for the protection and management of information collected under the various statutes administered by the CBSA. In addition all CBSA employees are bound by Government of Canada security policies in respect of the protection of electronic systems and data protection.f1
