  "text": "Such arrangements or agreements could include a memorandum of understanding developed specifically for purposes of the CBSA’s PNR Program, or a treaty pursuant to which CBSA authorities are required to provide assistance and information. In either case, the information will only be shared for a purpose consistent with those set out in section 2, and only if the receiving country undertakes to afford the information with protections consistent with these Commitments. In all cases, the minimum amount of information possible will be provided to the other country.",
