  "text": "The appropriate Minister may authorise holdings to extend to six months the maximum period laid down in the first subparagraph of Article 4(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1760/2000 for applying eartags to calves of suckler cows that are not used for milk production, provided that the conditions set out in Articles 2 to 5 of this Decision are met.",
